A minimum of 24 hours advance reservation is required for all Limousine services. Reservations can be made via Experience Club contact channels. To avoid cancellation penalty, cancellations must be made within a minimum of 2 hours prior to service time. Otherwise, penalty charge will be applied;
For excursion service, a full Limousine service fee will be deducted from Member Vacation Points.
For car hire by hour, 1,000 points will be deducted from Member Vacation Points.
Limousine services have a maximum capacity dependent upon vehicle type. Please contact a Guest Experience Specialist via Experience Club contact channels for more information on vehicles available through the Limousine service.

In the case of unavailability of in-house Limousine services, your Guest Experience Specialist will arrange an outsourced limousine or the same quality as Experience Club. Terms and conditions apply.
