Limousine Experience

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. A minimum of 24 hours advance reservation is required for all Limousine services. Reservations can be made via Experience Club contact channels. To avoid cancellation penalty, cancellations must be made within a minimum of 2 hours prior to service time. Otherwise, penalty charge will be applied;
    • For excursion service, a full Limousine service fee will be deducted from Member Vacation Points.
    • For car hire by hour, 1,000 points will be deducted from Member Vacation Points.
  2. Limousine services have a maximum capacity dependent upon vehicle type. Please contact a Guest Experience Specialist via Experience Club contact channels for more information on vehicles available through the Limousine service.
  3. Experience Club also offers car or van hire with driver charged by hour. Terms and conditions apply.
  4. In the case of unavailability of in-house Limousine services, your Guest Experience Specialist will arrange an outsourced limousine or the same quality as Experience Club. Terms and conditions apply.
